What are your shipping & delivery options?

We ship via major couriers outside Metro Manila & provincial areas. Express delivery and pickup are only available in Metro Manila via Lalamove or Grab.

Do you have a free delivery service?

Yes, we do! For every purchase worth 500 pieces or sets on all our products, including bulk orders of clothing and gift items in Metro Manila, and select areas in Luzon via private car delivery It also depends on the volume of orders, car service availability, status of the location, and weather conditions.

What are your requirements for custom-made products?

A minimum order of at least 25 pieces or sets per product item, design, or variant. We require a minimum lead time of at least 14-21 days, depending on the custom details, season, weather conditions, and work required.

Made to Order Clothing

For made-to-order clothing and rebranding, we sell in bulk or a minimum of 3 rolls of fabric including a choice of (1) design only, a choice of up to (3) colors/(1) color per roll of cloth, and (1) size only for all (3) rolls of fabric. Please refer to our made-to-order clothing and rebranding terms. You may also choose from our clothing collection posted on our website and social media pages. Should you have a preferred design, please email your clothing requirements to info@madame.ph for assessment and price details.
PLEASE NOTE: Completion of work order depends on the quantity of the items, design, and/or custom details.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment via cash, GCash, and online bank transfer. For cash payment, the client or customer must render the payment to our pickup location within business hours or as instructed.

Yes, we do! However, we require a minimum order of at least 150 pieces or sets of all our products. We cater & customize personal gifts and souvenirs, corporate giveaways, event favors, and brand & PR kits.
