Where are you located?
We ship and arrange pickup near SM East Ortigas, Metro Manila. For details, instructions, shipping, and delivery status, please message us on Facebook/Instagram or contact us via Call/SMS to our local number at +63 960 455 8479.
What are your shipping & delivery options?
We ship via major couriers outside Metro Manila & provincial areas. Express delivery and pickup are only available in Metro Manila via Lalamove or Grab. Note: Global Concierge & International Export Available.
Do you have a free delivery service?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is provided for qualifying purchases and packages within Metro Manila. For deliveries outside the metro, standard courier rates apply.
What are your requirements for custom-made products?
A minimum order of 50 sets or pieces (100 for Heritage Home Decor). Standard orders need a minimum lead time of 30-40 days, and bulk purchases 90-120 days. Lead times may vary based on order quantity, customization, courier schedules, location, seasonality, and weather conditions. To maintain our artisanal quality standards, we do not accept rush orders.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. For cash payment, the client or customer must render the payment to our pickup location within business hours or as instructed.
What is your payment policy?
We strictly impose a full payment settlement before confirming and processing all order transactions. A digital sales invoice will be issued via email upon confirmation and included with your delivery.
Do you accommodate personal meetings and event consultations?
Yes, we do! However, we require a minimum order of at least 150 pieces or sets of all our products. We cater & customize personal gifts and souvenirs, corporate giveaways, event favors, and brand & PR kits.
What types of markets do you cater to?
Our brand is known for its personalized and meticulous custom-made products to add life to any business, creative pursuit, or living space. We cater to hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness, retail, and events industries but are not limited to private, corporate, and government sectors.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, through our Global Concierge & International Export service, with a minimum order of at least 50 pieces or sets. Standard orders need a minimum lead time of 30-40 days, and bulk purchases 90-120 days. The shipping and transfer fees must be paid by the buyer.
Are you open for business partnerships, brand collaboration, and investors?
