GET TO KNOW HER
My path took an unexpected turn when I noticed something concerning in our local
stores. I saw shelves filled with imported skincare products for kids, and many parents
using adult products on their children, not knowing the risks to their little ones’ delicate
skin. This discovery led me to create – safe, locally-made skincare products specially
made for Filipino children. I left my career at sea to focus on this mission, working hand in hand with talented Filipino manufacturers to develop products that parents can trust.Being a web developer helped me take this mission further. I use my tech skills to reach
more Filipino families online. Every product we make shows what Filipino talent can do, created with expertise, love and care.

How do you envision yourself in 5-10 years?
In 5 to 10 years, I see my kids’ skincare brand becoming a
household name in the Philippines, reaching more families and making quality children’s hygiene care products more accessible. The goal is to expand our presence in local stores, ensuring parents and primary caregivers have easy access to safe, effective, and affordable skincare for their children. Beyond that, I envision scaling the brand further—possibly expanding into new markets, innovating our product line, and strengthening our impact on children’s health and wellness. As a Web Developer & Conversion Strategist, I look forward to imparting my knowledge and expertise to women, especially to stay-at-home mothers, as a modern way to empower them. They can harness their acquired skills and eventually turn into making a profit. Nowadays, women must earn, save, and invest.
Being a mother to my son & a wife to my husband, I’d love to welcome every process of transitions in marriage, to embrace significant milestones of our growing child, by being present in the moment, and a good role model he can proudly look up to.
Share your personal tips about SELF- LOVE & SELF-CARE in empowering yourself and the women around you.
For me, self-love and self-care are about showing up for yourself every day, no matter what. It’s about
setting boundaries, prioritizing your well-being, and embracing who you are—flaws and all. I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary.
Whether it’s through small things like skincare, rest, or simply speaking kindly to myself, I make sure to nourish my mind, body, and soul. We’re often hard on ourselves, but true empowerment comes when we support, celebrate, and encourage each other. A simple compliment, a genuine conversation, or by just being there to make someone felt, seen, and heard can make a difference!
What qualities or fashion sense/style do you have that aligns to MADAME PH Brand?
As someone deeply committed to supporting Filipino craftsmanship, I intentionally choose locally-made clothing and decorative accessory
brands in my daily life. This personal choice reflects the same values that drive my children’s skincare business.Madame PH’ brand vision in capturing the global market; stylishly and innovatively, it simply resonates with my pursuit towards innovation and undying love for creating something impactful and
sustainable —having health & wellness in mind.

At Madame PH,
WOMEN CAN DO ANYTHING,
the MADAME way!
In a world of quick shift to mass- produced economy and the challenges of colonial mentality, what do you think are the initiatives or mindset change need to be made so we can encourage Filipinos on mindful purchasing by supporting local brands and sustainable local products?
To encourage Filipinos to support local brands and
sustainable products, we need to shift the mindset from
seeing imported goods as superior to recognizing the
value of homegrown craftsmanship. This starts with
education—raising awareness about the quality,
sustainability, and economic impact of choosing local.Consumers need to see that buying local isn’t just about
patriotism; it’s about making smarter, more ethical
choices that benefit far-flung communities and future
generations. The Philippines have rich resources that
are yet to discover, but can be develop into trading
capital or sustainable livelihood programs.Businesses can take advantage of technology through
curated online platforms to thrive in a competitive
market. Build brand awareness through channels like
social media, email marketing, and sensory website.
Why is it still important to celebrate the Filipino artistry and craftsmanship, despite the modern era we live in today?
Filipino artistry and craftsmanship are more than just traditions—they are a reflection of our identity, creativity, and resilience. In today’s fast-paced, modern
world, it’s easy to be drawn to mass-produced goods, but there’s something truly special about products made with skill, passion, and heritage. At Formosity
PH, every container, every label, and every formula is crafted by Filipino manufacturers, and I take great pride in that. Working closely with local Filipino
manufacturers has shown me firsthand the level of talent and dedication we have in our country.
