Delivery & Shipping Charges
You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order before shipping via courier or express. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable. The customer should be responsible for all fees.
For bulk orders and deliveries to Metro Manila, we offer a complimentary car delivery for a minimum order of 500 pieces or sets. For orders below 500 pieces or sets, our door-to-door car delivery flat rate at Php1000 to Metro Manila areas only. Our exclusive car service is aimed at hassle-free customer experience and proper handling of fragile products. To avail of this service, please make a booking at least 7 days in advance before the scheduled delivery time and date.
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, the car delivery rate will depend on location and subject to car service availability. We require full payment before we process and confirm your delivery date.
Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the product quantity and customization details. For minimum orders, approximately 21-30 working days from the date of your order confirmation. For bulk orders, approximately 30-60 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
All deliveries will be made to the provided address at the time of the order. Other requests for customization such as engraving, imprinting, stamping, embellishing, and curated packaging may affect delivery lead time.
Though we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, notices and updates will be provided accordingly.
Damaged/Defective Goods
If the goods you received are damaged, defective, do not match your order, or were erroneously shipped to you, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery via call or SMS. You may also send us an email for accurate details attached with a photo and/or video of the products as our reference of the reported incident to coordinate with logistics/courier service providers.

Product Returns
We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) that are defective, may have been damaged in transit, do not match your order, or were shipped erroneously to you. Product returns should be made within 15 days from the date the items were delivered. We will not process product returns when exceeding 15 days from the date of delivery.
