1. Ordering & Lead Times

All items and packages are processed on a pre-order basis.
Standard Orders: Minimum lead time of 30-40 days.
Bulk Purchases: Minimum lead time of 90-120 days.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order quantity, customization, courier schedules, location, seasonality, and weather conditions.
To maintain our artisanal quality standards, we strictly do not accept rush orders. Our commitment to production capacity is limited to a maximum of 1,000 pieces or sets per contract.

We operate under a Full Payment Policy. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received via cash or bank transfer. Production will commence only after payment verification.
A digital sales invoice will be issued via email upon confirmation and included with your delivery.

Metro Manila: Complimentary shipping is provided for qualifying purchases and packages.
Outside Metro Manila: A certain charge may incur based on your location, regional availability, and order quantity. Note: Global Concierge & International Export Available.
Batch Shipping: We reserve the right to ship orders in separate batches as items are completed or as logistically convenient, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Madame PH celebrates the beauty of handcrafted, eco-friendly, and upcycled materials.
Unique Characteristics: As each piece is handmade using natural materials, variations in color, texture, and minor marks are inherent and expected.
Non-Rejection Clause: These natural imperfections are a testament to the organic nature of our products and do not constitute grounds for rejection, returns, or refunds.

We stand by our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect:

Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email, call, or SMS.
Eligibility: Claims for returns or exchanges are subject to inspection.
Deadline: No complaints or claims will be entertained beyond 15 days from the delivery date.

Unless a formal Legal Non-Disclosure and Exclusivity Bond is signed and executed by both parties, Madame PH reserves the full right to offer similar designs, goods, and services to other clients. Any request for exclusivity or non-disclosure shall be subject to a special premium fee of at least 20% of the total gross sales, in addition to all associated legal and processing costs, which shall be borne solely by the Client. As part of our creative portfolio, Madame PH may use images, videos of your orders, and event setups for marketing and digital promotion. We love celebrating our clients! If you have privacy concerns, please let us know before your order is finalized.
